All the students are formed into small groups (20 to 30 students). These groups are allotted to a lecturer mentor. The mentor records all details of the students. The mentoring schedules are maintained in a record. A student ( admitted batch xxxxx) from a particular program are a member of a concerned department mentor group. The departments will allot the faculty members of that department. HOD's will submit the record to IQAC for formulating strategies of quality assurance in the teaching learning process.
