The college is having two separate staff associations one for TEACHERS and another for NON TEACHING staff of this college.

The Teachers unit is a branch of AFFILIATED COLLEGE TEACHERS ASSOCIATION (ACTA-AP), Andhra Pradesh.

Both these association monitor the service and welfare matters related to their members.
